On April 2, 2025, the Director of Med Quality conducted a training for the staff of the Unbroken Prosthetics and Orthotics Center on the requirements of ISO 13485:2016.
The training covered the following topics:
organization of processes and evaluation of their effectiveness
defining the procedures for monitoring and measuring manufacturing processes, supplier management, and customer feedback
conducting internal audits as a tool for assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system
the organization’s role according to the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 13485:2018 (EN ISO 13485:2016, ISO 13485:2016)
working on CAPA
During the training, discussions were held, and a further direction for cooperation in implementing the quality management system at the enterprise was defined.
