State Medical Service

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (SLS) is the primary authority for state market surveillance of medical devices.

It is responsible for processing applications from market operators for inclusion in the Register of Persons Responsible for the Circulation of Medical Devices, Active Implantable Medical Devices, and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices.

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (SLS) is a central executive authority that implements state policy in the control of the circulation of medicines, medical devices, and narcotic substances within Ukraine.

The SLS aims to protect public health by ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of medicines and medical devices on the Ukrainian market, and it serves as the main authority for market surveillance of medicines, narcotic substances, and medical devices.
